Q7. Can I use my debit card to make payment via Easypaisa card payment option?

Yes, you may use your debit card to make online payment using Easypaisa by selecting the option pay via VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card. You may further like to check with your card issuing bank to ensure that it supports ecommerce online transactions or you might have to activate it to make a transaction. Contact your bank for details.

Q9. How do I make payment through Easypaisa shop?

On the Easypaisa checkout page, select the option Easypaisa shop. Enter your mobile number and email and click on pay securely button after filling in the captcha. A consumer number will pop on the screen and you will also get an SMS with the consumer number. Go at any Easypaisa shop and tell the retailer you want to make online payment for Easypaisa. Then tell him your mobile number and consumer number. Once he completes the transaction, you will get an SMS of successful payment on your phone.

Q10. When I click on checkout with Easypaisa, nothing happens. It redirects and the page is giving an error. Need help?

Simply dial *3737# to create your mobile account from Telenor SIM or download Easypaisa App from your App store .You can go to any Easypaisa shop to transfer cash in your mobile account. Or you can even transfer funds from your bank account using online banking services to your mobile account.

Q13. When I enter the 16 digit card number, it gives an error, please help?

Please ensure that you are not entering the dashes when you enter the 16 digits. You just need to enter the 16 (Numeric) digits in that field and it will automatically add the dashes to it. This will resolve the error.

Q14. I tried making payment through mobile account but the prompt doesn’t appear on my phone to enter pin. What should I do.
